We have been roasting coffee in small batches for family and friends since 2017. The desire to own a coffee shop has been in the back of Mike's mind for over a decade. Once I started roasting our own coffee I fell in love with the whole process of bringing this magical little fruit from harvest to a delicious cup of steaming coffee and the desire to own a roasterie grew bigger and bigger.
Tiffany and I enjoy the challenges of being consistent and exact in our roast profiles, and selecting coffee beans that can stand on their own or shine when blended with other beans. We look at each batch of coffee we roast as the the most important batch we will ever roast, because it is the coffee you will judge us by. We hope that our passion for great, consistent coffee will be tasted each time you make a cup.
